01 Acceptance of terms

By using our website, joining our community, or enrolling in any program or event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02 Our programs and content

The Philippine OBM Academy provides educational content, training programs, events, and community resources for experienced professionals seeking to grow into operations leadership roles. Our content is for educational and informational purposes only.

We make no income or earnings guarantees. Any figures, rates, or market information we share are provided as general context, not as a promise of what you will earn. Your results depend on your own skills, effort, circumstances, and other factors outside our control.

03 Registration and payment

• Some events and programs require payment. Prices and any early-bird periods are stated at the point of registration.
• Payments are made through the channels we provide, such as GCash and bank transfer. Your seat or enrollment is confirmed only after we verify your payment.
• You are responsible for providing accurate registration and payment information.
• Access to paid content, including any replay, is provided for the period stated at registration.

04 Refunds and transfers

Refund, transfer, deferral, and cancellation terms differ by offering and are set out in full on our Refund and Transfer Policy page. The terms that apply to your purchase are the terms published on that page, and stated at the point of registration, on the date you pay.

In summary: OBM Launchpad tickets are non-refundable but freely transferable to another person or a later class up to 24 hours before the class. OBM Pros carries a 72-hour cooling-off period from your first instalment payment, after which fees are non-refundable, with one free deferral available and a full refund of the application deposit for applicants who are not accepted. Where we cancel or materially change an offering, you are entitled to a refund.

05 Intellectual property

All content we provide, including course materials, workbooks, scorecards, videos, and written resources, is owned by or licensed to the Philippine OBM Academy and TAP Virtual Solutions. It is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use our materials for your own personal and professional development. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reproduce, or publicly share our paid content or materials without our written permission.

06 Acceptable use

When using our website, community, or events, you agree not to:

• Share your paid access with others who have not enrolled
• Disrupt, harass, or behave abusively toward other members, participants, or our team
• Post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content in our community spaces
• Use our content or platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to remove content or revoke access for anyone who violates these terms, without refund where the violation is serious.

07 Community guidelines

Our community spaces, including any Facebook group, are intended to be respectful and supportive. Participation is a privilege, not a right, and we may remove members who act against the spirit of the community.

08 Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to deliver high-quality education, we do not warrant that our content will meet every expectation, that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from participation.

09 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Philippine OBM Academy and TAP Virtual Solutions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, content, programs, or community. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant offering.

10 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website and services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11 Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.
