₱999 · ₱749 early bird until September 18, and your ticket credits toward OBM Pros founding enrollment.

Sound Familiar?

Fully booked. Trusted with everything.
Still priced like a task-doer.

The experienced VA

Your title still says Virtual Assistant. But listen to what your client actually asks of you:

  • what the team should prioritize this week
  • to organize the work when all they have is an idea
  • to follow up when deadlines slip
  • to fix the process that keeps breaking
  • for your recommendation before they decide
  • to keep the business moving while they’re away

Somewhere along the way, you stopped being the person who completes the work, and became the person who decides what work needs to happen. Your title, your offer, and your rate just haven’t caught up.

The corporate professional

You’ve run projects, led teams, managed operations. On paper, your project, operations, and people management experience already has real value online. What is usually missing is the translation: how founder-led businesses actually run, and how they buy support. But every path in seems to start with “become a VA first,” and you are not starting over at entry level. You shouldn’t have to.

Both of you are stuck at the same invisible line. The OBM Launchpad is 90 minutes that shows you exactly what’s on the other side of it, and whether you’re ready to cross.

The role is called Online Business Manager, and international founders are already paying for it.

A VA owns her tasks. A project manager owns a project. An OBM owns the operations: the systems, the team, the priorities, so the founder can stop managing and start growing. The difference isn’t seniority. It’s ownership, and it comes down to one question: can you make the call when the founder isn’t in the room?

It’s work you may already be halfway doing. What’s missing is the title, the positioning, and the rate: in the international market, experienced OBMs typically charge in the $35–$80 per hour range, a different bracket entirely from VA work.

Honest note, because we don’t do hype: those are market rates, not a promise of what you’ll earn. Reaching them takes real skill, real positioning, and real work, and your results depend on your effort and situation. What we promise is clarity about the gap and the path.

Where that range comes from: published industry sources quote higher figures for established OBMs. OBM School, the international program Annikka trained through, cites $65 to 180 per hour, and US-based OBMs commonly at $65 to 120 or more. We quote a deliberately lower band because it better reflects what a newly positioned OBM is likely to command when first entering the international market. We would rather under-promise a number you can actually reach.

In 90 Minutes, Live With Annikka

Walk out with the clearest picture of your next career move you’ve ever had

This is a real class, not a 60-slide pitch. You’ll leave with answers to three questions most VAs and PMs never get answered honestly:

01

What the role actually is

VA vs. project manager vs. OBM: who owns what, what a founder pays each one for, and why the OBM is paid for outcomes and judgment, not hours. Plus what a real week in the role looks like, from someone living it.

02

How ready you are, honestly

The three gaps between where you are and OBM-ready: identity (doer → leader), skills (systems, team, growth operations), and positioning (how you price and present to Western founders). You’ll score yourself live, and leave with a written readiness result: strengthen leadership first, expand from projects into operations, or already OBM-level without the positioning to match.

03

What the path forward is

The honest version: what it takes to move into operations leadership, how long it realistically takes, and the next step for those serious about competing at a global standard, not as high-level VAs, but as operations leaders. No overnight-success stories. Real skills, real work, real career.

You keep more than notes

This isn’t a class you sit through and forget. You walk away with tools you’ll use long after October 10.

The star of the class

The OBM Readiness Scorecard

A guided assessment you complete during the class. Not a personality quiz, but an honest audit of your operations judgment, systems thinking, team leadership, and positioning. You leave with a written result: what’s strong, what’s missing, what to build first.

Annikka Aborro
Your Teacher

Learn it from someone doing the job right now, not teaching from memory

Annikka Aborro started as a Registered Nurse. Then she ran operations, largely solo, for a US-based events company, coordinating contractors across 23 countries and traveling to about 20 of them to pull off international education expos. That’s where she learned that operations either has a system behind it or it depends entirely on one exhausted person remembering everything.

She made the VA-to-OBM transition herself, the same ceiling, the same “am I actually qualified to lead this?” question you might be sitting with right now. She trained through OBM School, a leading international OBM program, and is currently completing an international accreditation, a personal investment of around US$7,000, because she won’t teach a standard she hasn’t paid to learn and doesn’t practice daily.

Today she leads operations for established US and international online businesses through TAP Virtual Solutions and TAP OBM, as a working OBM, right now. Her longest client relationship has run more than eight years. In this line of work, that’s the proof that actually matters.

She’s building the Philippines’ own OBM training ground, to a deliberately global standard. Not more high-level VAs. Filipino operations leaders who can sit across from any founder in the world, hold their own, and price accordingly.

Michael Estiverne

Before working with Annikka, we didn’t have clear SOPs in place, and our scheduling process lacked structure. We also ran into technical issues that slowed things down and took time away from operations.

Since partnering with Annikka, things have become much more organized. She helped us build out SOPs, improve how we manage scheduling, and quickly resolve technical challenges when they come up.

Annikka has brought real clarity to our day-to-day operations. There’s better organization, smoother communication, and more consistency across the board.

If you’re looking to create structure, improve efficiency, and have reliable support behind your team, Annikka is a strong partner to work with.

Annikka was the first person I brought into EliteFlow, and she played a big role in helping us get the business off the ground.

At the beginning, a lot of the ideas were still just ideas. We knew what we wanted to build, but it needed structure. Annikka helped take the consulting side of the business from concept to actual execution.

She helped set up the tools, systems, workflows, and team structure we needed to start moving. She also helped hire the right people and made sure the work kept progressing instead of staying stuck in planning.

What I appreciated about Annikka is that she could take what was in my head, organize it, and turn it into something the team could actually follow.

EliteFlow has a much stronger foundation because of the work she did.

This class is deliberately not for everyone

This is for you if:

  • You’ve been a VA or freelancer for 2+ years and you’re doing work that feels bigger than your rate
  • You’re a corporate PM, ops lead, or team lead who wants skilled online work without starting over at entry level
  • You want the honest picture (the role, the gaps, the work required) before you invest in any bigger step
  • You’re willing to score yourself honestly, even where the answer stings a little

This is not for you if:

  • You’re brand-new to online work. Build your experience first; the Academy’s free community is a better starting point
  • You’re looking for passive income or a quick jump in earnings without new skills
  • You want someone to promise you clients or a salary. Nobody honest can, and we won’t
  • You collect webinars instead of acting on them (kidding. Mostly.)

Honest answers to honest questions

There are free webinars everywhere. Why is this one paid?
Fair question. Free webinars are usually 20 minutes of content wrapped in 70 minutes of pitch, because when the ticket is free, the sale is the product. This is the reverse: your ₱749 pays for the teaching, so the teaching is the product. And you’re not paying for a definition of “OBM” you could Google. You’re paying for a guided assessment of whether your experience qualifies, where your gaps are, and what your next step is. A search result can’t score you.
I’ve been a VA for years, but I’ve never had a “manager” title. Am I really ready for this?
If you’ve been the person clients trust with the messy, undefined work (the follow-ups, the fixes, the “just handle it” projects), you’re exactly who this class is for. The scorecard exists precisely to answer this question honestly, gap by gap, instead of leaving it as a vague fear at 1 AM.
I’m in corporate, not freelancing. Will this apply to me?
Yes. Half of this class is built for you. Your project and people management experience is genuinely valuable in the online space; what’s usually missing is the translation: how online businesses run, how founders buy, and how to position corporate experience so it counts. That’s covered directly.
What if I can’t attend live?
You get 7 days of replay access. That said, the scorecard segment works best live. You’ll fill it in as Annikka walks through each gap, and you can bring your own situation to the Q&A. If you can rearrange one evening, make it this one.
Is this just a long sales pitch?
No, and we’ll be upfront about the part that is. Around 70 of the 90 minutes is pure teaching, built to be worth the ticket on its own. In the final section, Annikka will share the path for those who want to go further with the Academy, including OBM Pros. You’ll never wonder what’s teaching and what’s offer. The line is clean.
Will this get me OBM clients?
A 90-minute class will not get you clients, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you a fantasy. What it will do is show you the role, the real gaps between you and it, and the path, so the work you do next is aimed at the right target. This is not magic. The work is required. That’s exactly why it works.
May certificate po ba?
Honestly? No, and that’s deliberate. A certificate for attending a 90-minute webinar wouldn’t mean anything to a client, and we don’t hand out paper that doesn’t. What you leave with is more useful: a written readiness result and a clear development path. Credentials exist further along the Academy path, and they’re earned, not attended.
How do I pay, and what if the schedule changes?
Checkout accepts GCash and bank transfer via BPI or Chinabank. If the event is ever rescheduled, your ticket carries over automatically, and remember, your ticket amount credits toward OBM Pros founding enrollment either way.

You already suspect you’re capable of more.
Spend 90 minutes finding out exactly how much.

You may discover you’re already carrying OBM-level responsibility. You may discover there are gaps to close first. Both answers are worth knowing, because both come with a next step you can actually act on. ₱749 until September 18. One evening. An honest answer.
