Become the operations partner your executive relies on.
The Executive Operations Leadership Program is an eight-week private intensive for the person who runs an executive's operations: the EA, project manager, operations coordinator or chief of staff. We coach you on your real work, and we work with your CEO too, so the way the two of you run the business changes together.

You already keep the business moving. Now lead it.
This program is for a pair: an executive who wants to stop being the bottleneck, and the person who runs their operations day to day. You are the one your CEO leans on. Urgent requests, changing priorities, many stakeholders, little documentation, messages after hours. You have the business exposure. What nobody gave you was structured training in how to prioritise, recommend, follow through and hold people accountable.
Your CEO has a gap too: no system for handing you authority, getting updates, and making decisions without being pulled into everything. We work on both sides in eight weeks, using your real workload as the course material. The program is tailored to what your executive needs from the role, which is why we start with them.
From responding to instructions to running the operation.
- Waiting for the executive to set every priority
- Bringing questions instead of recommendations
- Chasing tasks instead of coordinating people, deadlines and dependencies
- Fixing the same problem every week
- Following up once, then letting it slide
- Escalating everything, because no one defined what you can decide
- Understanding the business priorities behind the requests
- Bringing recommendations, with the reasoning
- Coordinating projects, people, deadlines and dependencies
- Spotting recurring problems and improving the process
- Following through and holding others accountable, professionally
- Making decisions inside agreed authority
- Communicating risks, blockers and decisions clearly
- Reducing unnecessary dependence on your CEO
One hour a week with your coach. One real piece of work a week.
Eight weeks, all live on Zoom. Here is the whole program on one line: your weekly session, the three sessions your CEO joins, and the two reviews.
60 minutes on Zoom with your coach, scheduled around your work. One participant, one coach.
A real output for your real executive, reviewed against a rubric and returned with written feedback.
Kickoff diagnostic, a midpoint session on their management system, and the Week 8 handover.
At Week 4 and Week 8 you, your coach and your executive each rate the work. A written report goes to both of you.
Every week ends with something your executive can use.
The sequence is fixed. The examples, the assignments and the authority you practise with are tailored to what your executive needs from the role.

Your operator gets stronger. So does the way you manage.
This is why the program is called executive. We work with you, not only with your team member. Three sessions of your own, under two hours in total, build the management system that lets you hand over authority and get the updates you need without being pulled back into everything.
- Kickoff session: an executive diagnostic, so the program targets what you need from the role
- Midpoint session: your management system, with decision levels, spending limits, approvals and an update rhythm your team member can run on
- Handover session in Week 8: the 30, 60, 90 day plan, agreed between the three of us
- Two written progress reports covering role-related progress, agreed deliverables and development areas
- Work outputs your business keeps: priority system, escalation protocol, SOP, project plan, KPI scorecard
- Running your day-to-day operations. We train your team member; your team member runs the work.
- Employment decisions. Pay, promotion and performance management stay with you.
- Guarantees of performance, revenue, promotion or title.
- Personal disclosures. Coaching conversations are confidential; you receive role-related progress, not private details.
Program materials are built around the tools your company already uses. This is not a software migration project.
Fixing how one business runs, or building a career as an OBM?
The Academy runs two serious programs, both live on Zoom. They teach overlapping skills to different people, for different futures. Pick by who the program is for and where the work will happen.
| Executive Operations Leadership Program | OBM Pros | |
|---|---|---|
| Who it is for | A pair inside one company: an executive, and the EA, PM or operations coordinator who runs their operations | One professional: an experienced VA, PM or corporate manager building a career as an OBM for online business clients |
| Who usually pays | The company, in most cases. Self-pay is welcome if your executive agrees to join their three sessions | You |
| What changes | How one specific business runs: the operator's judgment and the executive's management system | Your skills, portfolio and offer, so you can be hired by any client |
| Format | Private 8-week intensive: 8 weekly sessions with you, 3 with your CEO, tailored to your executive's needs | Live cohort, 12 weeks, fixed curriculum, plus 12 months of membership |
| Where you practise | Your real job, your real executive, your real tools | A simulated client inside a real project management tool |
| Business and money skills | Not included. You are not selling a service | Included: packaging, pricing and selling a management-level service |
| Start | When a slot opens | December 1, 2026 |
Still unsure? Message us with where you work now and where you want to be in twelve months. We will tell you plainly which one fits, including if it is neither yet. Read about OBM Pros →
Who should apply.
We take two pairs at a time, because every assignment is reviewed personally and every program is tailored. A short call with you, and a short one with your executive, confirms fit before anything is paid.

Before you apply.
Is this the same as OBM Pros?
No. OBM Pros trains one professional to lead operations for online business clients as an OBM, in a cohort, with a simulated client and the business skills to sell the service. This program works with a pair inside one company, the executive and their operator, privately, on real work, and tailors the eight weeks to what that executive needs. Same standards, different future.
Does my boss have to be involved?
Yes. That is the point of the program and the reason it is called executive. Your CEO joins three sessions of their own, under two hours in total: a kickoff diagnostic, a midpoint session on their management system, and the Week 8 handover. If you are paying for yourself, your executive still needs to agree to those three sessions before we accept you. If they will not take part, OBM Pros is the better program for you.
Why eight weeks and not longer?
Because it is an intensive. The topics are the same ones we teach in longer corporate engagements, merged into eight weeks with one assignment a week. It asks more of you per week, and it changes how you work faster. If your company needs a slower pace, ask us about a longer engagement.
What happens in a session?
Sixty minutes on Zoom. We review last week's assignment against a rubric, work through this week's topic with examples from your own workload, practise the hard part (often a conversation), and set the next assignment. You leave each session knowing exactly what to produce and why.
How much time outside the sessions?
Plan for two to four hours a week on the assignment. The assignments are work you would do anyway, done to a higher standard, so most participants fold them into their normal week.
Is everything online?
Yes. Every session, including the three with your executive, is live on Zoom. Materials live in a shared program folder. We work inside the tools your company already uses.
Can the schedule move?
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice when practical. We pick a weekly slot that fits your work, in Manila daytime or evening, and we move a week when an event or travel clashes. All sessions finish inside the program period unless we agree to extend.
Is this a certification?
No. Participants who meet the requirements receive a Certificate of Completion from the Philippine OBM Academy. It records what you completed and the standard you met. It is not a professional license.
Ready to be the person your executive relies on?
Apply for a slot. A short call with Annikka confirms fit before anything is paid.
